伊利沙伯中學舊生會中學舊生會（下稱「本會」、「我們」）尊重並致力保護各會員及舊生的個人私隱。本聲明闡明本會如何收集、使用、儲存及保障您的個人資料。本聲明乃根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）的規定擬定。

INTRODUCTION

Queen Elizabeth School Old Students' Association Secondary School Old Students' Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association", "we", "us", or "our") respects and is committed to protecting the personal privacy of all members and old students. This Statement outlines how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal data. This Statement is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of Hong Kong.

By browsing or using our website, utilizing any of our services, or registering for and participating in any events organized by the Association, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Policy and Statement.

PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

We collect your personal data for the following purposes:

• To process your membership application and manage your membership;

• To communicate with you and send updates, newsletters, and event information regarding the Association;

• To organize, manage, and conduct various election matters of the Association (including but not limited to the nomination and voting for the Executive Committee elections and Alumni Manager elections for the Incorporated Management Committee);

• To organize and conduct old students' events, reunions, and to develop the old students' network;

• To conduct statistics, surveys, and research to improve the services and event arrangements of the Association.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data we may collect includes, but is not limited to:

• Full name in Chinese and English;

• Contact phone number and email address;

• Correspondence address;

• Years of attendance, class, and graduation year at the alma mater (Queen Elizabeth School Old Students' Association Secondary School);

• Current occupation and industry.

TRANSFER AND SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Association will keep your personal data confidential. Save for the following circumstances, we will not transfer or share your personal data with our alma mater (Queen Elizabeth School Old Students' Association Secondary School) or any third party without your explicit consent:

• Legal and Law Enforcement Requirements: To comply with applicable laws, court orders, or lawful and legally binding requests/investigations from government departments, statutory bodies, or law enforcement agencies;
